Our Family Group meets approximately once a month for a wide range of activities. This year some of the highlights have been:

• The Maize Maze (no one got lost!)
• Movie Night on a Big Screen (with surround sound)at St Josephs Supper Room
• Pouakai Zoo
• Night at the lights at Pukekura Park
• Bike Ride/Walk at Foreshore with shared afternoon tea

At the beginning of December we had our annual Christmas Picnic at Brooklands Park. This year Santa even made an appearance (thanks Victoria!) and gave out gifts to the children!

Next year we are aiming to have a Beach Event (unfortunately have had to cancel this 2 years running), rebook our Observatory nite – once again the weather was not kind to us, possibly visit the FunHo Toy Museum and another Pot Luck Tea.

We would love to hear from you if you would like to join our family group – or one of the other two in the church (The Morris Group and The Dombroski Group). At present our group is predominantly made up of families with children, and the other 2 groups with those retired.
