ADOPT-A-CELL: the Christian answer to the ‘three strikes’ policy. As Christians who are familiar with Jesus’ words, “I was in prison and you visited me” (Matt 25), we have three strikes of our own with which to combat the ever-increasing numbers of people being imprisoned in our country: 1) adopt a specific prison cell; 2) believe; 3) pray.
