MASS OF THE OILS: You are invited to attend the annual Mass of the Oils at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, Palmerston North, on Tuesday 7th April at 7pm. FIRST COMMUNION PREPARATION CLASSES: are now being held for those who celebrated their First Reconciliation last year. Please pray for the children and their families from St Philomenas, Our Lady Help of Christians and St Joseph's Parishes who are walking this faith journey. First Communion Sunday is May 3rd.
CARITAS LENT APPEAL: Thank you for your contributions to the Caritas Lent Appeal last Sunday. Envelopes are still available if you wish to contribute. This weeks envelope focuses on Bangladesh where Integrated Community Development Project (ICDEP) assists Adivasi people to reclaim land illegally taken from them.

VOICE FOR LIFE SONG CONTEST: Following a great response to our 2008 Pro-Life Song Contest, this year's contest will include a "College and under 19 years" category together with an "open" category. For details please see the notice board.

These and many other questions will be the basis of a fascinating seminar on Church and Architecture, to be held in Palmerston North at the Diocesan Centre on May 1st from 7-9pm and May 2nd 9am-4.30pm. $30 Registration includes 9 seminar sessions, morning tea and lunch.
