We have a brand new member to our group – Sasha Katherine Maclean, born on Monday November 19 (the day after our last event) to proud parents, Craig and Karen, and big brother Jake.  We can’t wait to meet the little lady and include her in our events too.

October’s Event was a real success – a House Mass (led by Father Earl) followed by a Pot Luck Tea at the Butler Home.  We were impressed that the 16 adults and 13 children all managed to fit into our home.  The food was delicious.

In November we met after church at Brooklands Zoo for a picnic lunch, followed by games in Brooklands Park.  The weather was sunny and very hot – lots of sunblock and hats!  Presents for the children were exchanged and everyone enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

We hope to meet up again in February at a Pukekura Park Lights event… probably with picnic/pot luck style tea.
